Doing Coaching Differently
Those seeking spiritual accompaniment
(usually called “spiritual direction,” similar to life-coaching) typically meet with their director once per month on zoom or in an office. They pay an hourly fee. In between sessions, they’re on their own until they meet (and pay) again. Not here.
Our experiences, reflections, and growth don’t happen on a monthly schedule, so why should our connection with those who commit to journey with us? The Web offers accessible, free-flowing, dynamic accompaniment relationships that can work with the rhythms of our lives.
What’s Offered
Connect as it’s needed, how it’s needed.
Get 1-to-1 support that works for you: a text to celebrate a success, a 20 minute phone call on a Tuesday after you’ve had an a’ha moment, a 2 hour walk in the woods, an hour meeting at your favorite coffee spot, an evening quietly sitting by a fire, or even just a moment to know someone is sending you Love while you cry … Jill considers herself a part of your web - and she knows it doesn’t have office hours.
Transformation isn’t always one-to-one.
Webs never have a single strand - and Jill doesn’t claim a monopoly on wisdom. Sometimes, the most influential moments of learning and growth come from conversations with friends in the car or listening to someone else reflect on their own journey. Jill works to co-create compassionate, loving, empathetic, and forgiving small groups and networks where we can practice the art of mutual accompaniment. Jill holds the space - but we plant the seeds of change together.
Honor the dynamic nature of your story - and keep it.
Jill offers ways to capture your journey. After each session, she sits in prayerful meditation over the conversation and her notes. If you want it, she records a summary of the conversation as well as any additional insights to share. For those who like to look back on their journey, this option can be a helpful way to chronicle your story.
